For non-members, renting fee is 
- 150 kr/hour,  
- 1500 kr for the day/evening or 2000 for two days (one might need time for preparations and cleaning). 
- Special agreements can be made in case of a culture/creative experiement with uncertain success/income level:  40% of the income can be designated to cover the initiative taker's costs, and the rest stays with PP. 

- please observe that in winter season, it is quite cold in the location. Though a limited heating equipment exists, we need to balance costs of the rent with costs of electricity...

- For members/affiliated associations, it is possible to book a long term activity schedule with sessions once a week, for 12.000 SEK a year (1000 SEK per month, 200-250 SEK per occasion). 

Please note:

- all spaces cannot be rent out simultaneously during the office hours (10.00-17.00 due to members' right to use the facility), 

- maximum amount of expected participants cannot be more than 50, 

- In case of damage to the facilities, the person/organisation rented, is obliged to cover the costs of restoration,

- the organiser of the acivity is responsible for preparedness and measures of safety for the location and the participants,

- You can get access to the location for preparations to bigger events, one or two days in advance; time and level of adjustments in the room must be in agreement with the activities coordinator of PP. 

- Absolutely no open fire sources are allowed in the location, smoking or tea lights inside are strictly prohibited. 

- Animals are allowed but under surveilance and control of their owners, eventual damages cause by the animal shall be taken care of by the owner.

- Garbage produced in the activity shall be managed/taken away by the acivity orgsanisers as the location doesn't have its own waste bin.  outside.
