We want to create a space to relax, feel your body, express yourself and get the security to be yourself with others. We will not teach memorized movements or repeat according to a choreography: you will receive tasks and dance as you feel at that moment, whatever your body wants. It´s an experiment and it´s a meditation: the way to understand how you feel with others, the way to give attention to "what do I want?" instead of "what people think about me?".
